A member of SAG-AFTRA, Matt’s credits include over a dozen shows in the Minnesota Fringe, including: TITUS: Sweet Water, Silent Walks, Theatre 101, Grimm For Kids, and Melancholy London. His Film & TV credits include JARHEAD, PEARL HARBOR, & THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL. He is the founder of Shadow Horse Theatre, and executive producer & director of A DRINKING GAME-MINNESOTA. He was named a Superior Supporting Actor of 2018 by Lavender Magazine for Candid Theater’s PETER AND ALICE.
Lynda Dahl as "Michelle"
Lynda's credits include the debut of Trust at The Lab Theater, a production of Self-Reliant Actor; When We Were Young and Unafraid with Persistent Theatre; The Clean House, Measure for Measure, and Poof! with Theatre Unbound; You Can’t Take It With You at Lyric Arts; Fahrenheit 451 at Theatre in the Round; and And She Would Stand Like This for 20% Theatre Company. Film credits include Dragonfly and Twin Cities. Lynda would like to thank Scott, the love of her life for his constant love, support and tolerance of her sugar and flour free life.
Rex Isom Jr. as "Karsen"
Rex has performed at several Twin City venues, including Penumbra, History Theatre and CTC. He's also performed improvisation comedy for over 20 years, and he is currently a performer/tech at Stevie Ray's Improv Cabaret. in Minneapolis. You see Rex in a few local commercials as well. He's very proud to be in his second ever Fringe performance!
Madhu Bangalore as "Rajesh"
Madhu has been co-directing and acting in shows with SAATH - South Asian Arts & Theater House (previously known as Bollywood Dance Scene) for the past 5 years. These shows have been the top selling shows at MN Fringe 2014, 2015 & 2016. He has also performed with Sheep Theater, Pangea World Theater, Exposed Brick Theater and several other production houses in the Twin Cities. He is the founding member of BollyProv– A Bollywood inspired improv comedy group and performs improv with several other groups at Huge Improv Theater.
Trevor Keeth as "Sam"
Trevor made his off-Broadway debut in Alfred Uhry’s musical comedy America’s Sweetheart when he was 10-years old. More recently, he performed at the 2017 Fringe festival in Crash and Burn: an American Success Story. His credits also include the Chameleon Theatre Circle’s productions of Picasso at the Lapin Agile and My Beautiful Infinity, and Sidekick Theatre’s Red Herring.
Bianca Franks as "Sheila"
The Waterfront Productions is excited to introduce Bianca in her theatrical acting debut. Her performance credits include Choir Soloist at Cavalry Temple Church in Chicago; Soloist in a production of Fame for Minneapolis Public Schools; Community Circle Facilitator with Waite Park Church, Hope Community, and St. Jane House; Key Note speaker at Paikka; and Speaker at Davis Center.
Beth Kellner as "Aunt Lisa"
Beth has found abundant enjoyment over the last two years in the local theater community. Her most recent performance was in (lumin) Theater Lab’s production of The Scarlet Letter adapted by Kelli Tatum. She has also performed in many community theater productions, most notably with Rosetown Playhouse.
Suzanne M. Bengtson

Suzanne is excited to be making her directing debut in The Viking and The Gazelle. As Artistic Director with The Waterfront Productions, she is also Co-playwright and Co-producer for the production. As an actress she has performed in The Honeydripper, Dragon Feathers with Urban Spectrum Theater.
Dr. William P. Bengtson
Co-Director
Dr. William is also excited to be making his directing debut in The Viking and The Gazelle. As President of The Waterfront Productions, he is also Co-playright and Co-producer for the production. He is a blues guitarist and has written a doctoral dissertation on cultural dynamics across India and the United States.
Jim, pictured right, co-founded The Park Theater Company (TPTC), authored its 2008-2012 Strategic Plan, and is Board Chair. He has generated over $95,900 for TPTC’s productions, and was TPTC’s Producer of Axel and His Dog (2010), Our Town (2011), The King of the Kosher Grocers (2013), The Illusionist: Shakespeare Reveals All (2013), The Forger’s Apprentice – The Musical (2015), Buffalo Child, which he also wrote and directed in 2015, and Finian’s Rainbow – Revisited (2016), Searching for Buffalo Child (2016), Touche the Musical (2016), Blackbeard’sRevenge (2017) at the MN Fringe Festival and St. Louis Park’s Annual Community Talent Shows. Jim also co-produced John Cal’s award winning Philly the Musical, performed at the Sabes Jewish Community Center Theatre in St. Louis Park in 2015.
In addition to the accomplishments at left, Jim also produces TPTC’s Arts in the Park video magazine which is broadcast on ParkTV 15 and You Tube. For 25 years he has specialized in Fund Development/Grant Writing for non-profit, for-profit, and governmental agencies, and currently is also a Board Member of the St. Louis Park Friends of the Arts and a member of the St. Louis Park Creatives Networking Group. Jim has lived in the Park for 45 years. Part of his graduate degree and training is in psychometric evaluation and advanced statistical analysis. His secret ambition is to become the entertainment impresarioof St. Louis Park.
Kou is a Quixotic Artist who founded Magiqumbrella as a place where he crafts gifts, creates food art and photographs faeries. He completed his degree in Digital Arts at Academy College in Bloomington Minnesota. He currently works at Lifetouch School Photography and Questar Assessment Inc. as a Scoring Director in educational evaluation and test construction. In addition to being a photographer and videographer with The Park Theater Company and its Arts in the Park video magazine, he has also photographer for Ballet Minnesota and other Twin Cities performing arts organizations.
Tim is a local theatrical actor, enthusiast, and set designer. He has served as artistic set designer, construction manager and staging advisor with The Park Theater Company since 2013 and The King of the Kosher Grocers – two runs, The Illusionist: Shakespeare: Reveals All, The Forger’s Apprentice – The Musical; Buffalo Child; Touche the Musical, Finian’s Rainbow; the 2017 Fringe Festival’s Black Beard’s Revenge; The President and The Space Lady; Music Moves Around the World and the 5th through11th Annual Community Talent Shows. He has also performed at the Lyric Theater, three times at The Minnesota Fringe Festival, the Penumbra, the University of Minnesota Rarig Center for the Arts, Bloomington Community Theater, and Park Square. Tim's creativity and passion for the arts will shine through in this production. He works for the St. Louis Park-based Transitions Plus program, a collaborative effort between St. Louis Park, Hopkins, and Minnetonka school districts to help students 18 – 21 with disabilities work toward their full potential.
